being whole of mynd and goode and perfecte of remembrance thanks be unto Almyghtye god do ordeyne and make this my present testament and last wyll in maner and forme following First and before all other things I geve and comytt my soule unto Almyghtye god my maker and redemer and to our blessed Ladye Saynt Marye and to all the saynts in heaven and my Bodye to be buryed within the churcheyarde of Westhothlygh aforesaid Also I geve and bequethe unto the hyghe altare of Westhothlygh aforesaid ij s Also I geve and bequethe unto the mother churche of Chichester xij d Also yt is my wyll to have bestowed at my buryall in meate and drynke and other necessaryes exequyes and other charytable dispositions to the poore people then being present the somme of X s Also at my moneths mynd I wyll to be the said Joanne the said X li at the end of the said ij yeres imediatlye after my decesse Also I geve and bequethe unto Agnes my daughter X li of goode and lawfull money of Englond to be payde unto her at the daye of her mariage yf the said Agnes fortune not to marye within ij yeres after my decesse that then yt is my wyll that myne Executors paye or cause to be payde unto her the said Agnes my daughter the said somme of X li at the end of the said ij yeres next imediatlye after my decesse Also I geve and bequethe unto John my sonne all and singuler my prencypalls within my howse Also I geve and bequethe unto the same John Ingfeld my sonne one fetherbedd and all thinges thereto appertayning or belonginge Also I geve and bequethe unto Kathrene my wyfe one fetherbed with all things therto apperteyninge or belonginge Also I geve and bequeth unto Rychard Yngfeld my sonne one fetherbedd with all things therto apperteynynge or belonginge Also I geve and bequeth unto Thomas my sonne one fetherbedd with all thinges therto apperteynyng or in anye wayse belonginge Also the two fetherbedds which I have last above geven and bequethed unto Rychard and Thomas my sonnes my wyll and mynd ys that they shalbe delyvered unto them and everye of them when they shall accomplyshe there full age of xxj yeares Also I geve and beqethe unto Rychard Ingfeld my sonne and to his heyres and assignes for evermore all that my dwellinge howse and two acres of lond called or knowne by the name of Kocwebys with all and synguler th’appertenances sett lyinge and beinge in Westhothlyghe aforesaid nowe in the tenure, hands and occupying of one Thomas Hunt Also I geve and bequeth unto the same Rychard Infeld and to his heyres and assignes for evermore all that my two parcells or peeces of lond comonlye called or knowne by the name of Hoke Crofts sett lyinge and beinge in the parysh of Wecamsted otherwyse called Godstone in the countye of Surrye with all and singuler th’appertenances lyinge and adjoynyng to one park called the South park on the west lyinge and ajoynyng to one tenement and londs of Master Swannys on the north part also lying and ajoynyng unto one parcell or pece of Master Ynyrfforde called Powtens on the east and one parcell or pece of lond called North Land on the south nowe in the tenure and occupying of one John Pyknot Also I wyll geve and bequeth unto Jamys Ingfeld my sonne and to his heyres and assygnes for ever all that my tenements and londs and hereditaments of all and singuler the appertenance called or knowne by the name of Lyne sett lying and being in the paryssh of Lyngfeld and in the paryshe of Wecamsted otherwyse called Godstone in the countye of Surrye aforesaid Also I geve and bequeth unto Thomas Infeld my sonne all that my parcell or pece of lond called or knowne by the name of ____ and all and singuler th’appertenances sett lying and beyng in the paryshe of Worthe within the countye of Sussex aforesaid which I late have bought and purchased of one Thomas Nycholas of Sandhell in Worth aforesaid to have and to hold the same parcell or pece of lond with all and singuler the appertenances unto the same Thomas Infeld my sonne and to his heyres and assygnes for ever The resydewe of all my goodes cattells and debts my debts fyrst payde my funerall expences performed and this my legacyes herin conteyned justlye fulfilled I wholye leve and geve unto Catherene my wyfe and John my sonne whome I ordeyne and make my lawfull truwe Executors to se my wyll fulfilled accordinglye Also I ordeyne and make John Awall Thomas Infeld and John Feldewycke my overseers of this my last wyll and testament to see all things therin conteyned justlye and trewlye executed and performed according to the truwe mene and and effecte of this my present
